At the Table With Tatiana Preobrazhenskaia

BY CAMMANEX EDITORIAL

“I’m not here to fit in, I’m here to build what doesn’t exist.”

Tatiana doesn’t tiptoe, she collides. In Russia, she was the child no one could contain: splitting time between music school, gymnastics, swimming, and Taekwondo, always in motion, always defiant. Independence wasn’t something she sought, it was stitched into her pulse. But rebellion wasn’t her only language. She collected real ones too—English, Chinese, German. Each one a key, unlocking doors that would eventually carry her across continents. First to cultures, then to connection, and finally to the work she leads now: building unapologetic spaces in sexual wellness and SexTech. She’s not here to fit in. She’s here to build what doesn’t yet exist, and she refuses to whisper while doing it.

CAMMANEX: You’ve always been entrepreneurial. No 9-to-5. No safety net. Was there ever a moment when you thought, This is it. This is the path?

TATIANA: There was never one “aha” moment. It was always in me. I knew the traditional path wasn’t mine. Freedom, creativity, impact—those were non-negotiable.

CAMMANEX: Let’s talk about the work you’re doing today.

TATIANA: I’m building two companies in sexual wellness. First, V For Vibes, a curated marketplace celebrating pleasure as self-care and power.Second, SX Fusion, a high-level OnlyFans management agency helping creators turn sensuality into aligned branding and sustainable income. Both are about agency, innovation, unapologetic expression. Pleasure is health. Autonomy over our bodies is non-negotiable.The response has been emotional—people opening up about their struggles, asking for support. That vulnerability is sacred. It proves how needed this space is.

CAMMANEX: Misunderstandings must come with the territory.

TATIANA: Oh, plenty. Some men still can’t separate my appearance from my work. But I treat those moments as data points, not definitions. I’m not here to shrink myself to fit expectations. I’m here to build what hasn’t been built before.

CAMMANEX: And in terms of identity? Being young, being a woman, being in SexTech…

TATIANA: Stereotypes walk into every room before I do. But I don’t entertain them. If a conversation turns reductive, I move on. I don’t argue with limitation—I outgrow it. I’ve never had to choose between fitting in and being myself because I’ve never been afraid of not being liked. I don’t perform. I express. Fully.

CAMMANEX: What grounds you when you’re moving at this pace?

TATIANA: Empathy, presence, power.
Empathy—how we earn trust.
Presence—the antidote to distraction.
Power—owning your pleasure, your voice, your narrative.

I come back to my body. Movement. Breathwork. My parrots. The gym. Nature. Boundaries. My life is integration, not separation. My work doesn’t pull me out of alignment—it pulls me deeper into it.

CAMMANEX: You’ve brought AI into spaces where most people wouldn’t expect it. How?

TATIANA: We use AI for customer experience, creator growth forecasting, keyword tracking, campaign automation. But the mainstream AI conversation is missing inclusivity. Moderation is biased. Pleasure and identity get flagged as “inappropriate” while violent content passes through. That’s not intelligence—it’s algorithmic shame.

The way to balance it? Stay close to people. I read comments, reply to DMs, meet creators IRL. Tech can optimize. But it can’t feel. That part will always be mine to hold.

She leans back, measured, but with the unmistakable charge of someone who has already decided she won’t just exist in the room, she’ll remake it.

Tatiana doesn’t build what exists. She builds what’s missing. And she does it without apology.
